Luminary primer "Commit", 15ml & 8 oz

Luminary Commit Primer will insure that gel stays put for the length of the manicure.

For a soak off gel manicure apply it to the tips and free edge, capping the nail.

For an overlay application, apply 2 coats of Commit before gel application.
